Photo Pricing
What we charge
Package rates are all-inclusive. Cameras, lenses, lights, and styling materials are all included. Final deliverables are licensed to client as requested.
Final contract and contingent releases required prior to any photography.
Photographer time is billed as an 8-hour day. Equipment billed separately.
Overtime of 1 1/2 times the hourly rate to bookings longer than 8 hours and nationally recognized holidays. Double time applies to bookings longer than 12 hours.
Additional billing for location scouting, extra crew, extended travel beyond Houston, hotel, airfare, rentals, parking, admissions, memberships, permits, and insurance.
Licensing fees apply to client's intended use. All licenses are limited based upon how each client intends to use each image. Prior to any booking, all clients are to establish their intended use of each of desired image. Regardless of use we retain the unrestricted use, distribution, and manipulation of all images. Transference of these rights to client are negotiated based upon specific markets, media, and time.
